Returns and refund policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your artwork, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email sharon@sharonleitch.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent further instructions.
Fine art prints are sent directly to you from the framer or fine art printer. Please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer or manufacturer on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be able to be received safely and this may result in a loss of your purchase.
Damaged items, incorrect order
Please inspect your order upon reception and email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged please email as soon as possible so that I can arrange a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All fine art prints are made to order. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as I do not hold stock. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
No returns accepted on sale or discounted items, or on gift cards.
Refunds
Once approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method.
